Using what software on OS X Yosemite can you quickly and conveniently overwrite an audio track, or sew subtitles into a video?
Greetings!
I decided to try translating courses on Coursera, replacing the original audio track with a Russian-language one, or, if this option is too time-consuming, to sew Russian subtitles into the video.
What are some simple and convenient tools (free for now) that will allow you to do this on a Mac?

Handbrake - sew subs and change tracks, record - some Audacity or standard QuickTime
