How to properly cut a fragment from a video in MOVAVI?

In general, I downloaded a Movavi program for trimming videos downloaded from YouTube through the program.
When I cut and save the output, such chaos turns out - everything jumps, a gray screen. What is the problem?

There was no cut. File conversion issue. Try a different format (not H264) to narrow down the possible causes. The original, as I understand it, is reproduced without problems?
