Using someone else's brand name?

There is a certain company which is engaged in granting of services of mobile communication. I liked the name of their company.
Can I use this name (or part of it) in my startups (which have nothing to do with mobile communications) from a legal point of view?

If you want to stay on the market for a year or two and no more, then you can do whatever you want.
If you want to go out for a long time, then using someone else's trademark is illegal, and one day it will end in failure for you. And the business will already be untwisted. In fact, you can change the name to a few letters and that's it.

It is necessary to look at what classes (MKTU) such TK is registered. If your activity is outside the classes for which the TK was registered by it, then why not.
