How to use Soundcloud music on your website?

I run a website with various posts on IT (blog, I don't like that word). Can I use music from Soundcloud (embed HTML) in commercial/non-comm. purposes? It's very interesting. For example, there is a wonderful song "Queens Of The Stone Age - Make It Wit Chu (Virgin Magnetic Material Remix)". Of course, you need permission to use it. But if the blog does not contain ads, can I use them?
