Uses a lot of RAM, how to treat?

Uses a lot of RAM, out of 128GB, 110GB is occupied. Bases 3, the weight of each is from 3 to 5 GB. It is treated with a reboot, drops to 20GB, but lasts a maximum of 2 weeks.
Number of users 30. Version 1C 8.3.16 x32. If rphost exceeds 3000MB, error: Out of memory. You have to reboot 1C.
