Which of the Linux distributions is the easiest for 1C: Retail 8.3?
To support KKM, ki, barcode scanners, etc. equipment.

You need support for these devices on the application side, not the system side. Most of these devices look like serial ports or hid devices, in general, from the point of view of the system.
In addition, the set of drivers depends little on the distribution.
It’s worth choosing something based on Ubuntu, or itself, simply because most often they do everything on it and, accordingly, it will be easier to find information if there are difficulties.

Here the question is not in the distribution but in the device drivers. Namely, the kkt driver. Atoll seems to be fine with that. But if I chose myself, I would take ubuntu. And on the basis of it I would have collected a distribution kit for the cash register.
