User traffic through Tor in the application, how to implement?

Let's say there is a site in the torus, an application will be built on it that users will use. How to make sure that all their traffic after entering the application is filtered through tor? It is desirable that the speed does not suffer much.
Or any other options how it can be implemented.
For example, VK was banned in Ukraine, let’s say the developers got tired of creating a version of the application with which users would connect from a different IP, but all this without the hassle of users with proxy servers and torus.
That is, it all looks like this, the user downloads the application, its weight, in theory, will be greater, after launching and using it, the system does not see its real IP address, the connection speed on the part of the user, of course, should suffer, it will be tolerable 1-2 seconds .

Personally, I did not understand anything. Now there is an Orbot app . With it, you can direct traffic through Tor in three modes:
- Browser.
- Your list of applications.
- All traffic.
