I have an application for a Russian-speaking audience - it's not very clear how to monetize it.

I haven't heard anything about publishers. I monetize myself at the expense of 2 advertising banners of the Smaato.com advertising service, there was an article about it here. My little secret code finder with 35k installs has already brought in $40. But there are two "buts" - in the CIS you can only withdraw payments from $ 100 via SWIFT and no more than once a month. and so I'm happy.

I think you can try to go to ios publishers, if they like the application, there is no problem to take it.
