User activity is not displayed in the traffic inspector, what is the reason?

The gateway on win server 2012 r2 has a traffic inspector on it.
When the program starts, an error appears.

After that, I go to Reports and want to see what's there and see links to folders.

I check these folders, but they are empty ....
I think to install the same version over and write to these folders, but I think that an "honest"
license may fly off.
