Use only hands or assistants?

Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. There is such a question. I've recently started learning JS and PHP, and generally recently joined IT. Question: While I'm just a beginner, should I immediately use frameworks, libraries, as well as IDE editors like PhpStorm and others that substitute everything for you and beautifully arrange the code, or is it better to write all the code from scratch, only with your hands and in a simple notepad? Because in the future, after all, I will get to work or an exam where all this will not be and I will be confused and fail. So you only need to write in hardcore for the time being and without help?

brrrrr .... already goosebumps!
In no case! Learn to use the right tools right away.
and you have nothing to do there :)
Using them without knowing the basics will be difficult, sometimes impossible. Therefore, the basis is obligatory to study. This is especially true for javascript.
