USB reset in Ubuntu on startup/resume from standby

There was a need to somehow reset all USB devices when the computer is turned on or resumed from standby. How is it possible to implement it?
I found one option: But I don’t understand how to hang it on the events I need.
# modprobe -vr ehci_hcd # modprobe -v ehci_hcd
