Usb ports not working, power supply any possible solutions?
Dead USB ports on work laptop. There is power, in the device manager all the rules, in the bios the plugged devices do not see.
What solutions can there be without getting into the hardware (after all, the laptop is working)? I've tried deleting and disabling it through the manager, then restarting it - to no avail.
Acer aspire e1-571g laptop
UPD: I noticed that usb still work sometimes when the system boots, sometimes when waking up from sleep. Then after 5 minutes they gradually die. It is especially noticeable in the mouse, which, starting from a certain moment, begins to move intermittently and then completely dies.

First, you need to boot from some kind of LiveCD - Linux or Windows PE and check there - maybe it's in the operating system.
