How to disable the USB port on the computer (along with power)?
You need to turn off the USB port on the computer along with the power, i.e. so that, for example, if I plug in some USB fan, it could not work. At the same time, this must be done without disassembling the PC itself, i.e. from something like Device Manager or special software. Please suggest the best way to solve this issue.
PS From the device manager - I tried it, turned off absolutely all usb (which could have been turned off), and in the end - even the mouse did not stop working.

Not all computers are able to turn off the power of USB ports, usually it is shared by a certain set of ports.
I only know how to disable the ports programmatically logically, but the power will remain.
If you can't take it apart, break it. This is the most reliable option.
from something like Device Manager or special software
In the BIOS, look for the function to disable ports, usually all at once. I only know this way.
