Why can't the tablet and computer see sdard?

On the hands of a wexler 7id - 4Gb tablet (something like this), when connected to a computer (no matter which panel), it does not detect a sdcard, but shows 2 transparent icons that, when clicked, ask to insert a storage device:

I tried resetting to factory settings, but error "Unknown state of external drive" appears . I thought it would find the disk through Acronis and do something, but it doesn’t see anything, but through the “Control Panel” -> “Computer Management” it detects 2 removable devices, but it displays as “no media” , I tried to remove the drivers and reinstall, I tried to change the name of the media label - it does not help.
I tried to download the firmware software from the offsite, but when I try to reflash, it gives an error saying "make sure you are using the correct COM1 port, reinstall the drivers" (does not help)

It all started with the fact that a person tried to make the cache readable from the sdcard initially, without transferring it with the help of programs, if I'm not mistaken, something changed programmatically: either a line, or 0/1 in some place, or a code ...
