USB ports do not see devices on Lenovo laptop. How to fix?

Good afternoon everyone!
Prehistory: Denied USB ports on a Lenovo laptop. How to fix?
Now it turned out that:
When connected to the usb ports, the phone is charging, but the computer. mouse, the backlight turns on.
In general, there seems to be power, but the device itself (any, be it a flash drive / computer mouse / external hard drive) is not detected.
Drivers for usb are in place, installed.
OS Windows 10.
Before that, they installed Windows 7.
