Ubuntu 20.04.1
Kernel 5.8.0-36-generic

USB 3.0 ports not working in Ubuntu.
In Windows 10 on the same computer, everything works fine, it detects flash drives.
The USB3.0 controller is enabled in the BIOS, I also played with the settings, set the XHCI, EHCI, IOMMU items to enabled, but they still do not work.
