Others! Rescue plz. You need to purchase an Omsk Megafon number with any inexpensive tariff. I'm from Nizhny Novgorod myself, but going to Omsk doesn't make sense at all :(
You need to buy a SIM card, activate it and redirect it to the number. Then send the SIM card by mail.
We will take care of all the purchase and shipping costs + we will pay extra for the fuss.
