URGENT OpenCart problem with /index.php?route=checkout/oct_fastorder can you help?

when clicking on the basket, it should redirect /index.php?route=checkout/oct_fastorder, and I have /checkout, the modules are installed all right, I don’t understand what the problem is, .htaccess directly registered does not work anyway
