Why don't orders get filled if I pay through the robokassa?

Orders do not get into the admin panel if you submit through the robakassa, installed the pobokasa module on op2, entered everything, registered, paid for the test order (they didn’t choose it as a test mode in the settings, but launched it in real), the order was paid, the money came and it’s not in the admin panel. If you can help, can there be alternative options?
