UPWORK: How to pay self-employment taxes?
Good afternoon!
Please tell me who works for Upwork and pays self-employment taxes. I have a few that I can’t understand and don’t even know who can clarify this:
1. Indicate income from an individual or from a legal entity. persons, since UPWORK is an intermediary and legal entity.
2. Where can I get a Inn or mail where to send a check?
3. From what amount should I pay tax from the one that came to the card or from the one that is received before the withdrawal of the commission?
4. Form a check on the day the money arrives on the card or at the moment when the money fell into my Upwork personal account.
Thank you very much in advance for your reply...

1) you have an agreement with an upwork (foreign legal entity). upwork (foreign legal entity) pays the money.
2) you don’t have to send anything
3) from the amount that you received
4) on the day the tax money arrives,
it’s much easier to assume that you just provide services, and not a mythical agency agreement. At least in those tax authorities with whom I dealt, they acted that way. And in explaining to me (IP STS income), the inspector explained "who cares about your contracts. What the hell are they for us. We see your R / C and it's enough for us. Don't complicate life for yourself or us"
ps self-employed and currency control - that's what's interesting . write as you can.
