Scheme "Odesk (Elance) -> PayPal -> r / s IP". Does anyone use such a scheme?

There was a desire to issue an IP. There are several articles on Habré about how to transfer money from abroad to Russia, and people there often recall currency control in a negative light.
Due to the fact that PayPal came to Russia, it turns out that we can transfer money from Odesk to PayPal, and from there to the current account of the individual entrepreneur? At the same time, the transfer will be within the country: "Paypal Russia" transfers money to the account of IP Petrov P.P. And no currency controls.
Am I right? Does anyone already use this or a similar scheme?

It's all stalled for me so far. BUT, in my opinion, after I wrote a question here, and did not find answers, I decided to call Russian PayPal.
1. You are right, there will be currency control, but for PayPal itself. As I was assured in technical support, the Russian representative office will transfer the money to you. Thus, rubles from the Russian organization will fall into the bank account.
2. It seems to me that everything will need to be collected with Paypal, since they will throw money into your bank account.
3. I think that the tax should be calculated from the moment it is received on the account, since the money received on PayPal is a kind of conditional currency. But when withdrawing to a r / s, these are already normal rubles.
In general, I advise you to chat on the phone with Russian representatives, I came across one very adequate person with them. I also advise you to read the Paypal agreement, everything is in Russian and very humanely written.
What are the disadvantages: a rather high commission for converting dollars into rubles. In January it was about 4.5%.
Now it is already 3.9% (which pleases). You can see it here
Bottom line: in the case of working with a foreign customer, in my opinion, this is the best option - he just transfers money and does not take a steam bath, and you solve all sorts of accounting issues with the Russian representative office of PayPal.

Good afternoon.
Also interested in this question.
So far I have found information that the scheme seems to be like this
1. A paypal account business is opened 2. An
IP account is attached to it
3. Within 7 days it is reported to all supervisory authorities (tax, and if necessary, the FIU, etc.)
Then the most interesting begins
1. There will be whether currency control? On the one hand, the money will come to a r / s transfer in Russia, on the other hand, initially they came to PayPal in dollars.
So far, I have come across currency control by the bank (is there another one?)
If it is the same, then there will be no currency control: the bank will not see that there were dollars somewhere. Well, that is, if he does, then PayPala himself.
2. Who and when might be interested in a contract with a client (in your case, Odesk?)? In fact, all transactions will be carried out by PayPal Russia - IP?
That is, it is necessary to collect all the closing ones with PayPal?
Do I need to collect closing documents with the client himself?
3. How to calculate the tax? From the moment the money arrives in PayPal or from the moment the money is withdrawn to the account? Probably the first
If you have already dealt with these questions and there are other "interesting" moments, write, plz.
I have a scheme planned: a foreign customer pays on paypal. The customer is boring, will not give a contract signed and with a seal (just an online form, an offer), will not indicate any invoice numbers in payments, will not sign acts.
In the meantime, I will continue to "dig" the Internet :)

I regret to admit that "the shop was closed". Now the only way to legally receive income through an LLC is to a bank account.
The same is the case with the IP account in Paypal. According to the definition of their User Agreement, an individual entrepreneur is equal to the obligation to open a corporate account (since there is an entrepreneurial activity). And now you can receive funds to a PayPal corporate account in Russia only from individuals, wherever the sender is legally located.
Mikhail Podgursky Mikhail, my apologies!

Mikhail Podgursky Mikhail,
you are right, manually transferring between business accounts will not work.
But the transfer from oDesk to a Russian corporate account in PayPal works great . Mass Payments, (mass payments) there is such an exception to the rule. (dead link)

To Elance, I just issued "their" Payoneer card that was sent to me in the mail. She can pay and withdraw cash from any ATM. $2.5 per Elance->Payoneer transaction, and like, no more interest.

Since November, in a policy update, Paypal has banned transfers from corporate accounts to corporate ones in the Russian Federation. Those. Odessa will not be able to make a transfer to a PayPal account linked to an IP account.
UPD 2015-05-08: Despite what is written below, I did not manage to transfer from Odessa to PayPal.

Hello colleagues.
Tell me, how do you keep track of receipts in dollars for a PayPal business account for an individual entrepreneur?
That is, in KUDiR do you manually multiply the incoming income in dollars by the current exchange rate inside PayPal on that day? Or does it happen in some other way?
