Upwork everything, where to go?

I just figured out how to withdraw money, taking into account all the sanctions, and here it is.
As it became known, Upwork will stop working on May 1 ( here is the official letter from the CEO ).
In this regard, questions -
Which exchange is better to go to?
What else is available?
What are your top exchanges to work with?

Important factors are
the availability of contracts with hourly payment
available for Russia to withdraw funds from this exchange

It is reported that Fiverr sends this to users from Russia:

Separately, I note that this is information from the network. We have a Russian LLC, my specialization is in the profile, and therefore I have nothing to do with any freelance exchanges.

Guys, we are going to Armenia and continue to work in upwork, I have been here for 4 days.
They are very well treated, the Armenians are very polite and cultured.
99% speak Russian normally.
There are Yandex taxis, they change rubles at a very good rate, you can stay for 180 days without a visa.
Only a huge influx of Russians and a rental real estate crisis in Yerevan.
An apartment in a non-smelly entrance is about $1,000, in other cities of Armenia about $300.

Colleagues, how are things with the good old freelancer.com ? Many years ago there were several projects and the output worked well. Of course, the abundance of competitors on the platform was inconvenient, but in a situation of open contracts, perhaps an option. Maybe someone has worked through this platform lately? How is it with sanctions and withdrawals to IP RF accounts now?

You can:
A) Start working for the domestic market and the Russian-speaking sector. There are Russian-speaking freelance sites - 1 and 2
B) Translate English-speaking clients to this site (you can check with the support for all questions, but I think there will be no problems)
C) In Upwork, change your "Location" (for example - Armenia). Register in "Payoneer" with this region (if "Payoneer" is also closed for Russia) (for example - Armenia), "Payment Methods" mark "Payoneer". For Armenia, you need to have, respectively, a local mobile phone number and a bank account, at least, or a little person to whom all this will be registered ... I can’t say in detail what exactly needs to be done, you can start changing the data, mark the necessary in the process and already think about how to implement it .
