upwork. Does an inactive fixed price project affect JSS for a long time?

I'm new to upwork. A few months ago I took on an order, the client opened a milestone, I completed the work, after which the client disappeared. There is no communication, there is no activity on the exchange.
Can my JSS be negatively impacted by this project hanging for so long without generating any revenue? What is the best thing to do in this situation - close the project on your own or wait for the customer to appear or automatically close the project?
