Long account verification on upwork?
Greetings, I passed video verification on upwork, after it they asked for a scan of documents, sent the scan and received a letter from them a day later. But the account is still frozen and on the main page they still require video verification. Has anyone else encountered this issue or know what might be causing it?
PS The account has been unfrozen. As far as I understand, the department that is responsible for processing documents is not related to the department that monitors account verification. Therefore, I had to wait a few days for support to read my letter and check the result of document identification.

The most correct thing is to write to the support, something may have failed again, or verification may not have been completed. In any case, the support will sort it out and indicate what is happening, and maybe speed up the process.
