Uptime in Windows 10 not updating on shutdown? Sometimes it is reset, but usually there are days and weeks in time. The computer turns off every evening, not sleep and not hibernation.

Possibly due to the fast start.
To turn off completely, hold down SHIFT and click on the "shutdown" button in the windows panel (not on the keyboard)
