Photo tape software?

Hello. Tell me a program for Windows with which you can view photos in chronological order from a specific folder (including nested ones), based on the EXIF date of shooting, as Dropbox and Yandex.Disk do on their website in the "All photos" section.
We also need the following features:
- grouping photos by day, month, year (without moving the original photos). That is, you need the opportunity to view photos only for May 25, 2015, for example, or for July 2017, or for the whole of 2014.
- batch setting of EXIF dates on images (updated: can be done through Explorer, going to Properties of selected files)
- tagging photos so that later they are available on other PCs, since photos are stored in the cloud. For example, to have some kind of database file that can also be synchronized and search for photos by tag on any computer.
Thank you.

@Moskus

IrfanView, in the Thumbnails view window (press T) select the root folder for viewing in the tree, enable Options -> Load thumbs from all subfolders and Options -> Sort thumbnails -> by EXIF date.
Also, don't forget to enable Options -> Set thumbnail options... -> Try to load EXIF thumbnail for JPG files.

Such an application is called "Explorer" and is present in all Windows out of the box.
