Upload progress in cherokee?

Question for Cherokee Web Server users.
I'm trying to make a progress bar on it for uploading files.
The documentation says that using its upload progress module is similar to nginx ( wiki.nginx.org/HttpUploadProgressModule), but it’s not clear what rule type it should be assigned to, I tried different combinations (Directory, Extensiosn, Url argument - all to no avail).
