Updating php 5.3 to 5.4, Russification is gone, what should I do?

Website dedushkinalavka.ru. In the admin panel, information that is stored in the database and which is in Russian is not displayed. Created a virtual server denver, in which php 5.3 by default and uploaded the site there - everything works! I updated php to 5.4 in Denver, again Russian is not displayed. How to fix? what function in php 5.4 works differently than in 5.3??
