How to make the 2nd page look like the first one?

Installed the theme leeway preview.themezee.com/?demo=leeway
Set up the main page (made it into the Magazine template - prntscr.com/egep6r ). Everything works, but how to make another page (for example, not the start page, but another created page) look like the main one? For example, put 1 widget on it, although there are more than 4 on the main one? Type as in the example - On the main one, and when you click on the Blog - a different view.
This doesn't work for me, only the Magazine Homepage widgets are shown on the main page.
On the second page, I have "Basic Template" set.
