Keyboard layout

Recently, a Lenovo G575 laptop fell into my hands and I noticed a strange feature - when you turn on the laptop, the keyboard and touchpad stop responding to anything. Moreover, this does not happen immediately, but after a random time. Sometimes you can work for 40 minutes without problems, sometimes devices turn off immediately when the system boots.
I tried to sin on the operating system (well, you never know). Replaced Windows 7 with Windows 10. The problem still remained.
All wood is fine.
By the way, if you close the laptop lid and wait. when it goes into sleep mode, and then open, everything starts working fine (up to a certain point).
And, I forgot to say, the connected mouse and keyboard work
