How to remap the key e -> õ?

I want the character õ to be printed instead of ё and, accordingly, Õ instead of Ё on the Russian layout, how can this be done? =)

Now I changed in my Ubuntu 18.04 in the file: the
/usr/share/X11/xkb/symbols/ru
line key <TLDE>to this one: rebooted
key <TLDE> { [ 245, 213 ] };
the computer, and voila
