Started using Google Ads (former Google Adwords). I created an account on Gmail, I go to ads.google.com, where they immediately offer me to create an advertising campaign to promote the site and, at step 3, deposit funds into the account.
Is this a required action? I don't want to promote a website, but a mobile app.
How can this step be skipped? And for now, just understand the interface and create advertising campaigns specifically for mobs. applications? Thank you.

Very easy! Just indicate that the acc is on the physical. person, enter any data and replenishment through Qiwi, click pay and close the pop-up that will open. You will be transferred to the office and a notification will hang from above that the balance has been exhausted - replenish.
