How to register a second Adwords account and not sleep?

I know what I'm doing is bad and bad, but still . I have two sites of the same subject. One of them is spinning in adwords, showing good results. How to launch a second site in adwords and not sleep in front of Google?
What are the sanctions if they find out? Banned both accounts or just one?
Domains are registered for one person, Whois is hidden, contacts on the site are different, on different hostings. I will make payment from different cards issued to different people.
Can they find out by the ip that I will use to log into adwords accounts?

No way. If they find it, they will both be banned.
And they will calculate by ip both by the browser impression and by a bunch of other indirect signs
