The crux of the matter is this: thanks to this wonderful thing, I used the Internet from all my devices for more than a year windows 7. Installed windows 8. Incomprehensible problems surfaced. Namely: there is Internet on other devices (because Skype is working successfully), but sites do not open in the browser, and if they open, then very slowly or within a few minutes after the next network reboot.

Tell me where you can look and what to change to improve the network. I would be very grateful for helpful advice.
