When I control the size of the windows (stretch or double-click on the top of the window) on the desktop, the windows slow down. In the Photos application, it slows down if a lot of photos are open, if the tab is empty, then it goes without brakes. The browser lags, for example, on YouTube, but on pages with a small amount of content, everything is fine.
The system seems to work quickly, but sometimes the windows do not open smoothly, the response of applications is not always immediately
