Is the battery used when the macbook air m1 is powered on?
If I connect my macbook air to power, it will charge 100% and I will continue to use it on the connected power, where will the power come from to the device? Directly from charging or from charging to the battery and from it to the device.
I'm interested in order to understand whether the battery wear will be less or even zero in this way.

Even if the battery is connected and "used", it does not discharge when powered from the mains, so there is no wear and tear.
To save even more battery life, turn on the "Optimized Battery Charging" mode, which stops the charge at 70-80%. Lithium batteries do not like both a strong discharge and a strong charge, and at 2/3 capacity are the most stable. Try not to discharge below 20%, and even more so do not leave it discharged for a long time.
