Should I buy a macbook 15' 2010 for web design or a more powerful Windows laptop?
Looking for a laptop to start a career in web design. There are excellent options for laptops on Windows and full hd, but there are also macbooks of 10-11 years with my budget (I7, 8 GB, HD3000 512Mb) but with a resolution of only 1440x900. Is it even worth looking at them if I even plug a normal monitor into it?

1. Any laptop without an external monitor is bad for web design. Even if you take a 17-inch bandura.
2. The most important thing in design is a good monitor. Here, focus on it. Get a 27+ inch IPS panel.
3. And for the rest of the money, take any system, as long as there is an i5 + processor, 8GB + RAM and an SSD drive. Mac mini is a good choice.
i7, 8 G RAM and just under MacOSX - it's pretty good.
If you rearrange Win or Linux there - not that compote.
For web tasks, do not forget to attach an external monitor.
Yes, as much as possible about the same thing. Anything fits.
Learn to deal with these issues on your own. The designer needs to know what works and what doesn't. Yes, this has been asked tens of thousands of times. All this is in the search engines. Why should we all waste time on such issues?

for a designer, usually poppies are better
not to forget that you can easily put Windows on a poppy as a parallel axis
And why is a stationary PC not considered ?, IMHO a laptop for ordinary users, but for those who are engaged in production, a machine tool (stationary computer) is needed. There are articles about the pros and cons, but I will write personal comments. A laptop for the same money is slower, and the performance ceiling is also quite low, but this is secondary, and the worst thing is the uncomfortable keyboard in a laptop, it cannot be made comfortable. Of the little things, possible problems with wireless communication, wired is always more reliable and faster, and cleaning it is more difficult than with a machine.
