How long does an SSD drive last in MacBook Pro 13" ME865RU/A ?

Good afternoon!
There is a desire to purchase for work (mainly with Microsoft Office +, possibly for creating iOS applications) Apple MacBook Pro 13" Retina ME865RU/A - Core i5 2.4 GHz, 8 GB, 256 GB Flash, Intel Iris, but there is a number of concerns that I would like to know for sure before such an expensive purchase. The
concerns are as follows:
1. How long will my SSD drive last in this Macbooke?
The re-store store says that the maximum is 5 years and if it is not used as a machine for downloading movies from torrents.2.Can
you replace an SSD drive in a Macbook? If so, how difficult and expensive is the process?
The same employees from the re-store store say that it is impossible to
replace.Thanks!

I wouldn't worry about the SSD. The laptop will be replaced faster than it wears out.
Another cause for concern is that the Iris 5100, installed on triplets, does not pull the retina normally. There will be lags under more or less serious load.

Like any modern SSD.
In all models up to 15 years old, the disc can be changed by yourself. Here is info on upgrades for Macs . Actual on models up to 15 years.

1. Calculate now what you will do when the read / write speed drops below the plinth. But there is still time before that :)
2. The process is simple and you can replace it , how many times have you already written to everyone!
In general, my advice is to order an adapter and stick next to the HDD instead of the drive.

On my previous macbook air, the SSD worked for 3.5 years with no problems at all and significant reallocates, until it “filled” the laptop with water.
As it turned out, replacing the disk is very simple with your own hands. The lower metal cover is unscrewed with 10 screws, opens without any latches, after which you have a disk in front of you, which is removed by unscrewing one screw. It is very well accessible. The battery is also very easy to remove/change.
