Unlock Mac Mini via iCloud?

Mac Mini Late 2012, OS X 10.10.
As a joke, a friend blocked him via Find My Mac. He entered a 6-digit combination, confirmed, swears that he knows the code for sure, because. uses it all his life. But here's the problem - the Mac does not accept it in any way, and with each incorrect input it also makes you wait. I tried to reset PRAM, but it turns out that blocking via iCloud also sets the EFI password, so it just throws me into another screen and does not want to be reset.
The Mac, of course, is not stolen and there is access to the Apple ID - only on the iCloud website, apparently, there is no way to remove the lock.
