Unload data for 1 organization from the database and 1C?
There is a 1c database, there are 15-18 organizations in it, you need to upload only data for 1 organization from this large database, can this somehow be done with standard 1c properties or is it somehow done through a third-party application?
I know how to unload the entire database, copy the database, etc. but how to unload from the database only 1 data for 1 organization, I don’t know how, tell me.

The "Organization" directory is not a standard property of 1C, and therefore there can be no "standard" means in principle. There are thousands of different configurations based on the 1C platform from various developers - some provide mechanisms for uploading data, and some are puzzled by this issue only for money. Contact your solution provider (contacts should be in the "About" section) and ask them this question.
If it is a typical one, then in the data synchronization settings you can configure a distributed database with selection by the desired organization, create an initial node, and then untie this node from the main database (make it autonomous). After that, the synchronization setting must be deleted so that the changes do not accumulate in the change table.
