Are the products on the site synchronized with 1C?

Does 1C synchronize with the site on Bitrix if we have 6000 products, 1000 have manually registered product id from 1C. We want to make synchronization through the module in order to fill in new prices for products with id, and then change the catalog structure in 1C and register id for the remaining products on the site.
The question is whether these 5000 products are synchronized if the structure is changed in 1s after synchronization with the site?
