How to activate the version control of hosted files in 1s Enterprise?

Hello
I know that in the 1C system, the enterprise has its own internal component "file version control". This is not for programmers, but for users.
An example something like this:
The user placed the file "Technical manual" in the Nomenclature tab of Izh-55. Version 1.1.
after a while posted a new version 1.2. technical guide.
The system marked the first file as version 1.1. and the last placed file as version 1.2.
Can you please tell me how to enable this feature?
