University of People - has anyone studied?

Good afternoon, I do not have a higher education. Due to work, I can’t study full-time or part-time, so I opted for distance education.
Having reviewed almost all the offers of Russian universities, I did not find anything really interesting in Computer Science within reasonable monetary limits.
I began to search among foreign universities, and came across the University of People , which provides almost free distance education, and besides, this year it was accredited by the US Government. I wonder if anyone was educated there? And what are your opinions about this educational institution?
