Where to apply for a programmer in Moscow / St. Petersburg?

Good day to all. Which universities have a good base for a programmer (of course, I myself will still teach on my own). I am considering the faculties of applied computer science, information security, computer science and computer technology, software engineering. In total, I plan to score 200 + - 15 points on the exam

Don't put the question like that!
1. In those Universities about which you are asking, they take exams from 250 and above ......
2. Usually, already a little determined schoolchildren (in the
same then they rendered with shadows there ...., or in robots,
so that by the right moment
from all sensors the interrupt had time to work out ... Or in some kind of site building they already somehow
stuffed their hand (albeit crooked, but their own), and the only ones are already they climbed into KDU on their video cards and tortured openampy ..... I.e. They knew what they needed in the future and went to a "regular" university and already there from the 2nd-3rd course they continued their passion or something else - new ones left in their programming.
3. Conclusion - which university? , if you have time,
you can take a course on a cowser in 3 months (there is minimal English), but the control must be taken on time ....

You can go somewhere with a more or less decent mathematical background, and then, for example, in the 2nd or 3rd year, enter the ShAD in Moscow or the Computer Science Center in St. Petersburg.
I study myself at the St. Petersburg Polytechnic University. Everything is fine with matan. I can recommend IPMM . And wherever you like. A high programming load can be found at the Department of Applied Mathematics (pluses, java, db).
I myself study applied mechanics, it is also interesting.
There are also elite Academic University (30 places, all of them are occupied by winners of the Olympiads) and the Higher School of Economics . They immediately have built-in ShAD and CS center, multiplied by 2: 4 years instead of 2 in the courses.
