University for an applicant in Moscow?

I decided to become an IT specialist, but I can't decide which universities to apply to.
Tell me based on the following criteria:
1. Good teaching staff and material resources at the IT faculty
2. Passing score 230-260
3. Prestige of the university
4. Closer to SZAO or on the Arbat line (this item can be neglected for a good university)
I am interested in the following specialties , but I still don’t understand exactly what they teach:
1. computer science and computer technology
2. information security
3. applied mathematics and computer science
I would be grateful if you explain their purpose or indicate similar options that I could miss
Please leave the question of the need for higher education aside.
Thank you for your attention.

MIET
Not close, but when it graduated, the teaching staff was very good (it was almost 10 years ago). Especially in the Department of Mathematics (and mathematics is the most important thing for an IT specialty).

I think the answers of Moscow State University and Moscow State Technical University. Bauman are quite obvious, therefore, answering the question “what else?”, I will join MESI. Right now I'm studying inf. security. The university is good, the teachers are like everywhere else, each with his own troubles. But overall not bad.
Mat. base - yes, it pleases, computers and projectors are everywhere, there are no problems with this.
The passing score for the budget is just 230 points, another question is that this year, for example, according to the plan, 40 state employees and 50 paid employees are accepted, and last year they had a guaranteed enrollment of 160 points, which slightly spoiled the overall level of the course …
As for prestige, I can’t say anything about how our university is known in economics, but in terms of IT, I don’t even know.
The main building, yes, on Slavyansky Boulevard, but you will have to drag yourself to the Sportivnaya metro station, although I personally went from Kievskaya, so it can also be considered a blue line, and to Kozhukhovskaya.
As for “what they teach” - I recommend smoking the Federal State Educational Standards: www.fgosvpo.ru/index.php?r=fgosvpo/index&menu_id=7&category_id=1&parent=6 . All universities still teach on them.
By the way, a lot of the question rests on the entrance exams. Basically, everywhere in IT specialties they require physics, but in MESI they want computer science. Plus, do not forget that Moscow State University and Moscow State Technical University, in my opinion, have their own entrance exams, so you should count your strengths in this regard.

2 point - MAI, FRELA.
3 point - MAI, 8 faculty.
In fact, information security training is rather weak, but applied mathematics and computer science are very good.

MESI
There are very decent teachers, a very strong teacher in mathematics - Astasheva I.V.
The university itself is modern, renovated. There are projectors in the classrooms. It's nice to learn.
Not without inadequate people, but in my specialty (Integrated Security of Automated Systems) everything was great.
Metro station Slavyansky boulevard, 10 minutes by a specialized minibus, or 30 minutes on foot.

I am a freshman at MTUCI. What can I say:
- the passing score for I&VT last year was 225 points, for IB - 235;
- the first two years of training takes place in a building on the street. People's militia (metro Oktyabrskoye Pole);
- in the first year they already teach C ++ (OOP, WinAPI basics).
