I need a lobby system like in cs go for players to be servers + all this through steam api
+ I want to find normal documentation for Unity C # and steam api

Here is c# wrapper ready from Valve. read the documentation and use it.
"I want it like X" and "ready Y" - this is too much)
read the documentation, try to implement it and then here if specific problem areas arise)
