Unauthorized appearance of left layouts in Win7

Actually, for some reason, the French layout appears.
Removing it is not quite simple:

What is it?
Yes, I communicate with the French, but in English.
PS: they have an unusual layout, instead of qwerty some kind of horror, some of the letters are the same, and some are reversed, that is, you press w, z appears, and vice versa, I couldn’t catch up with what was happening for about 10 minutes, I already started sinning on the keyboard.

My issue was resolved by unchecking "Auto-tuning" (or whatever it is in English) from the context menu of the switcher.

There is a glitch: there is a Birman layout (ru / en), but some applications add another en (normal us) at startup. If you reboot and do not run these applications, everything is ok.
French constantly hangs or sometimes randomly appears?

I have the same problem with the Ukrainian layout. According to my observations, it appears if I start editing a document that was written using the Ukrainian layout by someone else. Something like this.

As for “horror instead of qwerty”, they have azerty.

Actually found it.
One toy (Dark Messiah of Might and Magic) adds this layout.
Since I don’t play it very often, then such a floating problem appeared.
