I pressed a button on the keyboard - simulated a mouse click at a given point - how to do this?

I need to make it so that:
1) I press the down arrow (or another key) on the keyboard - a mouse click is simulated at a predetermined point A
2) I press the up arrow or another key - a mouse click is simulated at point B
You need to click inside the browser. Actually, it can be either a browser extension or a program for Windows (for these purposes, even Ubuntu is ready to be included).
It is necessary in order not to move the mouse once again, choosing one of the two buttons to press. To speed up.
Question: How can this be done?
Thanks in advance!

Hang on keyboard events functions that are triggered by mouse click and that's it.

Key Manager is perfect for this task .
There, on the site, the 2nd video example demonstrates mouse clicks relative to the current window. You can also emulate keystrokes there.
