Unable to recognize Cyrillic font?

Here is a sample. I picked up old projects, in one of them - the same font is used, but only a raster is on hand.
Maybe someone will recognize?
\or is there a service for recognizing Cyrillic fonts?\

I do exactly the same and that's it. works!

Reinstallation does not affect user configuration. I can recommend deleting (moving) the config somewhere, at the first start, it is very likely that it will be created with the default content.
