Unable to open virtual disk image?

I'm trying to put mac os on VB. When choosing a distribution, this window appears:
Failed to open virtual disk image C:\Users\***\Downloads\macOS 10.13.6 High Sierra 17G2208.dmg.

There is no reason to use DMG files on the Windows operating system, since they usually store applications for mac OS that are not suitable for working with the Microsoft system. However, if you need to open one of these files on a Windows PC, then you can use 7-Zip: this software is able to extract the contents of DMG files. If you want to convert DMG to another compensated format like ISO, then a utility like dmg2img will help you.

remove the spaces, remove the Cyrillic alphabet, run the Box as administrator (only to connect the image and install, then you can work as usual)
